PLANETARIUM REQUEST FORM

We have adjusted our planetarium scheduling and presentation availability to 4th and 5th grade classroom visits only. Due to staffing and retirement, we have discontinued our full K-12 presentations and no longer have availability for smaller, multi-age groups and homeschool co-ops. The planetarium can accommodate 52 guests. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Our staff will contact you in the order in which the completed forms are received to schedule your specific date and time. Please note, you are not officially scheduled until you receive a confirmation email from the SFCC Planetarium with details about your request.
