ABE Course Repeat - 4th Attempt

Per Academic Standards Administrative Procedure 4.40.02-A, students are not permitted to enroll in the same course more than three times without prior approval. Students seeking to enroll in a course after three previous attempts must submit this form. This process is designed to help you reflect on past challenges and develop strategies for academic 
success in your next attempt. 

ABE students may include students enrolled in Career transitions, College Prep, English as a Second Language, GED preparation, High School+, Skilled Trades Preparation, or skill building where ABE courses are being taken.
